2. Choose Your Arrival Date

Tell us when you want to pick up or receive the flowers.

Your flower arrival date should allow enough time for processing, hydration and opening before the event.

3. Review and Confirm

Our team reviews availability, quantities, pricing and timing. When an exact product is unavailable, we may suggest a comparable alternative.

4. Pick Up or Receive Delivery

Your confirmed order is prepared for pickup from our Farmingdale warehouse or delivery, where available.

Important Prebook Information

Fresh flowers are agricultural products. Availability, color, bloom size and stem length can be affected by weather, farm production, quality and transportation.

We make every reasonable effort to provide the confirmed products. When necessary, our team will contact you regarding available alternatives.

Because prebook products are purchased specifically for your order, changes and cancellations may be limited once an order has been confirmed with the farm or supplier.
