We love working with new customers and are happy to support you at any level of your floral journey. To make sure everything is set up smoothly, we start all new relationships the same way.

Step 1: Complete Our Setup Forms

To get started, we’ll ask you to complete:

Once completed please submit a photo or scan of the forms to info@nyfloralsupply.com, we’ll enter your information into our system and a sales rep will reach out.

Step 2: Place Your First Orders with Our Team

New customers place their initial fresh flower orders by email or in person with a sales representative. This allows us to:

  • understand your needs and timing

  • review availability and substitutions

  • ensure a smooth first experience

Step 3: Portal Access Comes Next

After a few successful orders, we can then provide access to the inventory portal so you can:

  • browse live inventory

  • see real-time pricing

  • manage pre-books and standing orders

This helps ensure the portal is as useful and accurate as possible for you.
